Compliance with Standards

Our products are conceived, designed and manufactured specifically for Romania, where environmental conditions are very different from the rest of Southern Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, etc.). Compliance with European and local regulations in force in the construction sector is our priority (to learn more about the regulatory field, click here).

PNEUMATIC HATCH TP 1500 TYPE

The TP 1500 hatch type is a device designed in compliance with the European Building Regulations EUROCODE 2-8, certified according to the European standards SR EN 12101-2 / 2007.

The TP 1500 model has the capacity to lift an accidental load of over 11000 Newton (1100 Kg), which allows it to comply with the strict snow loading regulations you can find here.

It has the largest smoke vent area on the market, which allows the number of roof hatches to be optimised, offering the possibility of engineering solutions to suit each customer’s needs.

PNEUMATIC HATCH TP 3000 TYPE

The TP 3000 hatch type is a device designed in compliance with European Building Regulations EUROCODE 2-8, certified according to European standards SR EN 12101-2 / 2007.

The TP 3000 model has the capacity to lift an accidental load over 8000 Newton (800 Kg), which allows compliance with the strict snow loading regulations you can find here.

It has the largest smoke vent area on the market, which allows the number of roof hatches to be optimised, providing the possibility to achieve the right engineering solutions for each customer’s needs.

SUNRISE ROOFLIGHTS

SUNRISE rooflights are manufactured in accordance with the European technical guidelines EN 14963 for band-type rooflights, which require a specific metal supporting structure with a radius of curvature designed to ensure adequate resistance to snow and wind loads.

The honeycomb polycarbonate must be cold-bent as prescribed by all manufacturers in order to preserve the original physical and chemical characteristics and must be fixed and spliced at approximately 1,05 m intervals to allow for periodic thermal expansion which would otherwise cause tearing or cracking and hence water ingress.

The polycarbonate must be fixed by means of special flexible aluminum pressure profiles fixed with self-tapping screws of appropriate size and positioned on the arch of the structure.

Special seals must be placed inside these profiles to ensure water impermeability.
